1. Collaborate with project managers, support functions, and manufacturing teams to industrialize new products while ensuring quality, cost, timelines, and safety.
2. Support and assist project managers on complex projects.
3. Independently manage simple projects.
4. Contribute to the improvement of the industrialization process.
5. Prepare and deliver reports.

1. Enrollment in an engineering program (BAC+4/5) with a focus on industrial environments.
2. Prior experience in an industrial setting is preferred.

1. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Strong organizational and listening skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in an industrial setting, though beginners are welcome.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in engineering.
