1. Collaborate with project managers, support functions, and manufacturing teams to industrialize new products while ensuring quality, cost, timeline, and safety standards.
2. Support and assist project managers on complex projects.
3. Independently manage simple projects.
4. Contribute to the improvement of the industrialization process.
5. Prepare and deliver reports.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program at the BAC+4/5 level.
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.

1. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Strong listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently.

Ideal candidates should have some prior experience in an industrial setting, though beginners are welcome.

Enrolled in an engineering program at BAC+4/5 level.
