1. Lead and coordinate new product development projects in the leather goods sector.
2. Ensure the industrialization process of new products aligns with style, quality, margin, and timeline objectives.
3. Define and validate project objectives, adapting processes to meet project demands.
4. Manage project planning and reporting, utilizing risk analysis and value analysis tools.
5. Propose solutions to project challenges and arbitrate decisions across departments.
6. Monitor and report on project progress and action plans.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business school (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in new product development within an industrial setting.
