- Lead and manage new product development projects in the leather goods sector, ensuring the industrialization process is seamless.
- Coordinate and motivate the project team to achieve style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives for commercialization.
- Define and validate project objectives, adapting processes to meet project demands.
- Develop project schedules and ensure comprehensive reporting.
- Utilize risk analysis and value analysis tools to anticipate and manage project risks related to quality, cost, timeline, and reliability.
- Propose solutions to resolve project issues and facilitate decision-making across departments including marketing, style, and manufacturing.
- Monitor and manage project contingencies and action plans.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant education in engineering or business school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in new product development within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in office software and CCPM & PLM software.
- Expertise in quality risk analysis.
- Knowledge of the luxury leather goods industry and materials such as leather and textiles.
A minimum of 3 years in new product development within an industrial environment is required.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant education in engineering or business school or equivalent.
