1. Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the achievement of objectives.
2. Oversee the development and availability of new products, ensuring style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity targets are met for commercialization.
3. Define and validate project objectives, adapting processes to project demands.
4. Develop project schedules and maintain reporting.
5. Anticipate and manage project risks using risk analysis and value analysis tools.
6. Propose solutions to resolve various issues.
7. Facilitate decision-making within project teams and across departments such as marketing, style, and manufacturing.
8. Monitor and manage contingencies and action plan progress.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and referencing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 (Master's level) in engineering, business school, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in new product development within an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in office software and CCPM & PLM software.
2. Risk quality analysis expertise.
3. Knowledge of the luxury leather goods or textile industry.

A minimum of 3 years in new product development within an industrial setting is required.

Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
