Responsibilities
- Ensure the application of all development standards and best practices for new products.
- Adapt, standardize, and deploy project management tools.
- Allocate resources to new projects in partnership with logistics and production based on workload, capacity, and product expertise.
- Oversee all phases of development and industrialization, ensuring project completion within sales timelines while respecting costs, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
- Supervise all technical aspects involved in the industrialization of new products, including nomenclature, tool selection, product design improvement, and time studies.
- Assign projects to the development team based on individual workload and priorities.
- Develop the network of tool suppliers and manage suppliers involved in new products.
- Conduct technology watch related to products and processes in coordination with the technical direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, university, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in a large-scale industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership.
Skills
- High level of personal rigor and ability to communicate high standards.
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
- Team leadership and development abilities.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
