2. Adapt, standardize, and deploy project management tools.

4. Oversee all phases of development and industrialization, ensuring project completion within sales timelines while respecting costs, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
5. Supervise all technical aspects involved in the industrialization of new products, including nomenclature, tool selection, product design improvement, and time studies.
6. Assign projects to the development team based on individual workload and priorities.
7. Develop the network of tool suppliers and manage suppliers involved in new products.
8. Conduct technology watch related to products and processes in coordination with the technical direction.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, university, or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of experience in a large-scale industrial environment with successful project management and team leadership.
