1. Ensure the application of all development standards and best practices for new products.
2. Adapt, standardize, and deploy project management tools.
3. Allocate resources for new projects in collaboration with logistics and production, considering workload, capacity, and product expertise.
4. Oversee all phases of development and industrialization, ensuring projects meet sales deadlines while adhering to cost, quality, ergonomics, and safety standards.
5. Supervise all technical aspects involved in the industrialization of new products, including nomenclature, tool selection, product design improvement, and time studies.
6. Assign projects to the development team based on individual workload and priorities.
7. Develop and manage the network of tool suppliers and engage with suppliers involved in new products.
8. Conduct technological watch related to products and processes in coordination with the technical management.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments with successful project management and team leadership roles.

4. Proficiency in English and computer tools.
