Louis Vuitton Network Operations Manager

- Oversee IT-related planning, service management, and business support, focusing on Data Network, Telephony, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Manage resources, projects, and troubleshooting as the lead of the Network Operation team, excluding hands-on operation of network devices.
- Contribute to the setup and update of the LV global core model of the Data network, ensuring standard design and architecture across all LV business locations.
- Lead the implementation of the global core model infrastructure in Japan.
- Manage the service level of Network infrastructure across all LV business-related locations in Japan.
- Lead and manage network-related projects within LV Japan infrastructure and services.
- Escalate issues to L4 and TAC teams for deep investigation when necessary.
- Support troubleshooting linked with other IT services, including endpoint devices and business applications.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including warranty period management.
- Manage contracts and billing for data network lines, circuits, and hardware warranties.
- Support external partners dedicated to Data Network and Telephony.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations or a related field.
- Expertise in managing IT Data Network infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in telephony services, including analog, INS, IP, and cloud telephony.
- Ability to manage contracts and day-to-day services for telephony lines.
- Experience in supporting call management systems, particularly Genesys.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations or a related field is required.
