1. Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
2. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of network equipment such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
3. Monitor network and telecommunications system performance and assist in implementing security measures.
4. Update technical documentation related to network infrastructure.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement projects for network infrastructure under the supervision of the architecture team.
6. Automate network administration tasks.
7. Collaborate closely with other departments and support teams.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school with a specialization in network systems or equivalent university program.

1. Strong interest in information systems, particularly in network computing.
2. Basic knowledge of computer networks.
3. Familiarity with programming languages is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken communication.
5. Good command of the English language.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in network systems or a related field.
