- Oversee maintenance management for both retail and head office locations, ensuring ongoing operational needs are met.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, quality control, and negotiations for HVAC, cleaning, elevator inspections, and general repairs.
- Prioritize urgent maintenance requirements and prepare tenders for maintenance and cleaning in collaboration with the Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinator.
- Conduct site visits to uphold standards and perform maintenance audits and evaluations of local vendors.
- Monitor and analyze budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Engage and coach operations teams on store conditions and roles/responsibilities.
- Manage facility and maintenance activities for specific stores and the head office.
- Supervise and develop the Maintenance Assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance.
- Analytical skills for reporting on store maintenance activity and budgets.
- Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate autonomously with problem-solving strengths and teamwork ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail store operations and/or maintenance functions, including vendor management and negotiation.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
