1. Support maintenance operations and cleaning to maintain the aesthetic, architectural, and engineering conditions of Louis Vuitton Italian boutiques.
2. Coordinate suppliers, manage scheduling, and ensure follow-up and quality control of works, systems inspections, and cleaning.
3. Assist Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators in activities related to tenders and agreement drafting for maintenance and cleaning.
4. Track and analyze budgets and process orders.
5. Collaborate with EMEA to implement Store Planning projects, including new layouts and furniture.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

1. Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance.
2. Analytical skills for reporting on store maintenance activity and budgets.
3. Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
4. Strong prioritization and project management skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously with problem-solving strengths and teamwork ethics.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.

No prior experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

800 euros per month with an 8 euro meal voucher.
