1. Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
2. Ensure the industrialization of new products and uphold production standards.
3. Collaborate closely with production teams across various sectors, including cutting, preparation, and assembly, as well as technical services such as maintenance and industrialization.
4. Utilize quality and Lean Manufacturing methods and tools to diagnose and resolve production issues.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity.
6. Quantify potential gains from identified actions and plan their execution considering resource allocation.
7. Contribute to the improvement of site layout to optimize workshop flow management.
