- Provide direct support to the production workshop and integrate into production routines.
- Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for manufacturing process issues.
- Prioritize and manage production-related actions in coordination with the production manager and company priorities.
- Handle product and process modification requests within the sector.
- Oversee the development process with prototype teams and update production ranges, articles, and nomenclatures using Windchill/SAP.
- Create manufacturing plans and design tools using CREO, ensuring their procurement and validation in the workshop.
- Develop industrialization dossiers, aiming to meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance team standards, including target ranges and model plans.
- Participate in production improvement projects such as 5S and visual management.
- Lead or be an integral part of projects related to new process implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.
- Expertise in horological industrialization, including movement, assembly, and casing processes for both series production and development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill).
- Recognized for organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong initiative and focus on continuous improvement.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.
