1. Provide direct support to the production workshop and integrate into production routines.
2. Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for manufacturing process issues.
3. Prioritize and manage production-related actions in coordination with the production manager and company priorities.
4. Handle product and process modification requests within the sector.
5. Oversee the development process with prototype teams and update production ranges, articles, and nomenclatures using Windchill/SAP.
6. Create manufacturing plans and design tools using CREO, ensuring their procurement and validation in the workshop.
7. Develop industrialization dossiers, aiming to meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
8. Build, maintain, and enhance team standards, including target ranges and model plans.
9. Participate in production improvement projects such as 5S and visual management.
10. Lead or be an integral part of projects related to new process implementation.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.

1. Expertise in horological industrialization, including movement, assembly, and casing processes for both series production and development.
2. Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill).
3. Recognized for organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
5. Results-oriented with a strong initiative and focus on continuous improvement.
