1. Lead PDCA cycles to structure and monitor action plans.
2. Facilitate Lean workshops and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
3. Support the industrialization of new products.
4. Manage a cross-functional project, including the framing and leadership of the transformation plan for the department.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement).
2. Interest in industrial optimization.

1. Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA).
2. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
