- Contribute to production development by enhancing capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
- Define equipment and tooling needs, implement production lines while adhering to budget and timelines.
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
- Assist in defining production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
- Contribute to the cost improvement of high-value products.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality (equivalent to BAC+5).
- Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Strong interest in hands-on fieldwork.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.
Entry-level, ideally with some initial industrial experience.
Bachelor's degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality (equivalent to BAC+5).
