1. Contribute to production development by enhancing capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
2. Define equipment and tooling needs, implement production lines while adhering to budget and timelines.
3. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
4. Assist in defining production processes.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
7. Contribute to the cost improvement of high-value products.

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality (equivalent to BAC+5).
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial setting.

1. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Strong interest in hands-on fieldwork.
4. Excellent listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.

Entry-level, ideally with some initial industrial experience.

Bachelor's degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality (equivalent to BAC+5).
