1. Define production equipment and tooling needs, and implement manufacturing lines while adhering to budget and timelines.
2. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
3. Contribute to defining production processes.
4. Lead continuous improvement projects related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
5. Engage in daily interactions with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
6. Contribute to improving the manufacturing cost of high-value products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality (BAC+4/5).
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial environment.
3. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and IT tools.

3. Interest in hands-on field experiences.
4. Excellent listening, organizational, and rigorous qualities.

Entry-level, ideally with some initial industrial experience.
