1. Initiate the ORP (Operation of Organization and Prevention) initiative across two Louis Vuitton workshops in Vendôme.
2. Conduct a benchmark study on a leading site in the domain.
3. Engage and present the ORP project to workshop teams.
4. Lead projects adhering to ORP standards.
5. Facilitate regular ORP follow-up meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
6. Establish and monitor KPIs for identified projects and actions.
7. Provide weekly reports to the site management team.
8. Communicate progress with other sites and central management.
9. Conduct training and awareness sessions on ORP best practices and tools.
10. Manage operational risks associated with ORP implementation and develop action plans to mitigate them.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
2. Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in a dynamic environment.
3. Strong analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Interest in fieldwork and challenging environments.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
