Method Engineering Intern

1. Initiate the ORP (Operation of Arrangement and Prevention) approach across two Louis Vuitton workshops in Vendôme.
2. Conduct a benchmark on a leading site in the field.
3. Engage and present the project to the teams.
4. Manage projects while adhering to ORP standards.
5. Organize regular meetings with teams to monitor ORP progress, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
6. Implement and monitor KPIs for projects and identified actions.
7. Provide weekly reports to the site management team.
8. Communicate regularly with other sites and central management on the progress of the ORP approach in Vendôme workshops.
9. Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams on ORP best practices and associated tools.
10. Identify operational risks related to the ORP approach and implement action plans to minimize them.

1. Studying at an engineering school or in the field of continuous improvement.
2. Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
3. Recognized relational, analytical, and synthesis skills.

1. Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong interest in field experiences and challenging environments.

Beginner

Pursuing a degree at the Bac+5 level in engineering or continuous improvement.

6-month internship located in Vendôme, France.
