- Conduct research and sourcing of metal parts for leather goods creation teams, ensuring alignment with stylistic visions.

- Manage budgets proactively and maintain a constant awareness of market innovations in materials.
- Organize and oversee the procurement of materials necessary for product prototyping within deadlines.
- Create and manage new material entries in the database to ensure seamless project development.
- Coordinate sourcing activities between design and suppliers during the creation phase.
- Facilitate the upstream and downstream collection development with material developers and project buyers.
- Ensure alignment of material strategy with project requirements and manage supplier relationships.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion industry, such as ready-to-wear, leather goods, sportswear, lingerie, technical garments, or accessories.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry, particularly in roles related to sourcing and project management.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
