1. Assist in the development of metal parts and materials for rigid products such as trunks and luggage.
2. Support the senior developer in material research and sourcing.
3. Understand stylist and designer needs, providing technical support and proposing industrialization solutions.
4. Prepare and engage in development stages, ensuring feasibility and quality of new materials.
5. Launch and monitor sample production.
6. Support sites in material procurement for product prototypes.
7. Formalize design needs and draft specifications considering usage.
8. Analyze technical risks and implement actions to mitigate them.
9. Define, develop, and validate material designs with suppliers.
10. Validate quality and usability of materials through laboratory analysis and workshop testing.
11. Assist suppliers in resolving industrialization and production start-up issues.
12. Manage technical data including product sheets and plans.
13. Lead a project focused on technical or quality improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, possibly with a third cycle in fashion or innovation management.
2. Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
