1. Lead the development of new metal parts in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives such as style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Provide expertise to creative teams to ensure industrial feasibility during the initial prototype stages.
3. Draft industrial specifications for suppliers and assist project buyers in supplier selection.
4. Industrialize metal parts in collaboration with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve metal parts through laboratory tests, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria.
6. Ensure the compatibility of metal parts with finished product manufacturing sites.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance and simplify metal part designs.
8. Manage innovation projects related to metal parts, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and industrialization roles.

3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Analytical and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
6. Understanding of market and product dynamics.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in development and industrialization functions, with a proven track record in project management and supplier collaboration.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's preferred.
