- Lead the development of new metal parts in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives such as style, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Provide expertise to creative teams to ensure industrial feasibility during the initial prototype stages.
- Draft industrial specifications for suppliers and assist project buyers in supplier selection.
- Industrialize metal parts in collaboration with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
- Approve metal parts through laboratory tests, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria.
- Ensure the compatibility of metal parts with finished product manufacturing sites.
- Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance and simplify metal part designs.
- Manage innovation projects related to metal parts, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and industrialization roles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Understanding of market and product dynamics.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in development and industrialization functions, with a proven track record in project management and supplier collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's preferred.
