- Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to simplify metal part designs.
- Lead innovation projects related to metal parts, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in development and industrialization roles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Rigorous organizational skills and autonomy.
- Analytical and decision-making capabilities.
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with a strong background in development and industrialization functions.
