7. Lead innovation projects related to metal parts, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and industrialization roles.
3. Strong project management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

3. Ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.
4. Excellent organizational and networking skills.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in development and industrialization.
