Louis Vuitton Metal Components Collection Coordinator

- Conduct research and sourcing of metal components for the leather goods creation teams, ensuring rapid solutions that align with stylistic desires.
- Promote re-use, circular creativity, and eco-responsible materials.
- Manage budgets proactively.
- Maintain constant surveillance of market material innovations and share supplier innovations with stylists.
- Expand network and knowledge through competitor visits, supplier interactions, and specialized trade shows.
- Organize and manage orders and supply of materials for product prototyping, ensuring timely and need-based delivery.
- Create new materials in the database to ensure seamless operation with the materials room and project development.
- Monitor budget adherence, integrating order tracking and updates in PLM.
- Coordinate sourcing activities between Style and Suppliers during the creation phase.
- Build the upstream/downstream collection with the materials developer and project buyer.
- Ensure the upstream/downstream transition with the materials developer and project buyer, transmitting critical elements for risk analysis and aligning material strategy with project needs.
- Engage style and marketing interlocutors to ensure a collection construction coherent with the allocated budget.
- Animate the upstream supplier panel via the roadcamp.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion, leather goods, sportswear, lingerie, technical clothing, or accessories sectors.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in PLM and CCPM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion, leather goods, sportswear, lingerie, technical clothing, or accessories sectors.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
