1. Conduct research on seasonal fashion trends and create trend materials using PowerPoint.
2. Execute stock transfers, including regular and urgent transfers, and communicate effectively with stores.
3. Generate regular sales and inventory reports for ready-to-wear collections, including sales, sell-through rates, and transfers.
4. Stay informed and proactive about fashion trends to support market research initiatives.
5. Assist in processing seasonal collection materials, including setting up venues for training and producing training materials.
6. Manage merchandise sets by monitoring and supporting stock movement for various events.
7. Support collection buying and ready-to-wear sizing remotely.
8. Provide event support, including stock transfers, delivery tracking, and store communications.
9. Collaborate with other categories to support transversal activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
2. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred, including internships or short-term contracts.

2. Strong communication skills in both Korean and English, both verbal and written.
3. Commercial acumen and a good understanding of market dynamics.
