- Develop and maximize the sales of Women's RTW & Shoes in the South Asia Zone within sell-through parameters.
- Define and coordinate strategies and objectives for buying, collection launch, collection development, distribution strategy, pricing, visual merchandising, training, and incentives in collaboration with inter-departmental managers, country managers, and the Paris Merchandising Department.
- Implement a coherent and efficient reporting strategy to monitor sales and sell-through.
- Support stores in achieving sales objectives and participate in buying trips to ensure optimal product selection.
- Explore the potential of Women's RTW & Shoes in South Asia and propose action plans to drive business.
- Monitor stock levels and collection performance, especially for new launches, and collaborate with relevant departments to maximize launch impact and sell-through.
- Arrange NP stock for new store openings, renovations, and CRM events.
- Propose and manage reliable weekly and monthly reports and analyses to drive actionable insights.
- Utilize major sales data programs such as NEMO and Power BI for data analysis and action plan development.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain & Logistics Department to ensure relevant distribution.
- Support commercial information that enhances sales and coordinate CRM events with countries.
- Partner with digital counterparts to drive successful online launches and sell-through performance.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to enhance plans in line with launching plans and sales objectives.
- Prepare training tools and organize zone training based on needs and new product launches.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RTW merchandising and luxury retail.
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant demeanor, self-initiative, and a team player attitude.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to new ideas and procedures.
- Resilient with the ability to handle ambiguity and stress.
A minimum of 5 years in a ready-to-wear merchandising environment and luxury retail is required.
