Louis Vuitton Merchandising Manager

- Collaborate closely with the zone team to ensure successful product launches, clear communication, and seamless implementation of merchandising strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to the zone team and manage limited and seasonal product allocations in line with market demand.
- Participate actively in buying sessions in Paris to implement local needs at the zone level.
- Define product priorities and monitor sales performance to achieve market goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product launch plans, identify growth opportunities through in-store experiences and events, and manage product-related events in collaboration with the clienteling team.
- Prepare weekly reports on merchandising and commercial activities, including sales trends and top performers, along with ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Work with the Field Coach Trainer to conduct engaging product training sessions and enhance product knowledge and skills across all categories.
- Inspire and motivate team managers and client advisors to embody brand values daily and continuously develop their product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the product community to identify business opportunities, gather valuable store feedback, and support assortment management according to market needs.
- Work with Field Coach Trainers and HR teams on talent development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor market and competitive trends to ensure Louis Vuitton maintains its leading position in the industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or luxury retail; experience in retail or product-related roles is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a robust business mindset.
- Excellent understanding of fashion, current trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and a clear customer focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey information clearly and motivate others.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and guide teams.

- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
