1. Assist in maintaining merchandising reports and decks to analyze sales trends and inform business strategies.
2. Conduct competitive analysis of the regional Women's Ready-to-Wear market.
3. Support collection launches by creating product knowledge tools, collecting feedback, and analyzing key performance indicators.
4. Participate in team meetings, product trainings, and store visits.
5. Manage routine deliverables and ad-hoc requests, demonstrating strong time management and problem-solving skills.
6. Oversee sample closet management and tracking.
7. Support team with seasonal buy preparation and showroom needs.
8. Monitor and engage with the LVA Women's Ready-to-Wear community chatline for retail support.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising, Retail Learning, Supply Chain, and Client Relations.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
2. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Relevant coursework or internship experience within merchandising is preferred. Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry are highly encouraged.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
