1. Animate and monitor the store network through regular communication with store teams across eight countries.
2. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of retail activations and store openings.
3. Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance, and competitor insights to EMEA Merchandising teams.
4. Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs, such as lookbooks and presentations.
5. Contribute to store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls.
6. Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators and merchandising reports.
7. Monitor competitive activity and trends within the region.
8. Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Strong command of English; knowledge of another regional language (e.g., French, Dutch, Polish, Nordic languages) is advantageous.

1. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
2. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
3. Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, making this role ideal for recent graduates or current students.
