1. Animate and monitor the store network through regular communication to maintain a strong link with the head office and facilitate information exchange.
2. Participate in the preparation of retail activations and store openings.
3. Provide regular feedback to the EMEA team regarding products, client behavior, competitors, and business trends.
4. Adapt training tools to meet local needs, including organizing caravans and other initiatives.
5. Contribute to the creation and animation of training sessions for stores and participate in monthly calls.
6. Conduct regular competitive analysis.
7. Support Merchandisers in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of reports, projects, or events.
8. Assist with any ad-hoc merchandising-related operational duties.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of another regional language is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a related role is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the fashion industry and key competitors.

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have previously engaged in related roles.

Internship convention provided by universities is mandatory.
