Louis Vuitton Merchandising Director

- Develop and execute the annual budget and targets by product category for each store, ensuring achievement of financial goals.
- Identify and prioritize key product trends and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistency and excellence in merchandising execution across markets.
- Influence product assortment decisions during buying sessions to align with client demographics and market needs.
- Drive client strategy through product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring optimal product availability.
- Maintain store standards in line with Louis Vuitton's visual merchandising guidelines to maximize sales performance.
- Support and coach store teams in implementing business priorities and achieving sales targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a retail environment with regional exposure.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Adaptability and flexibility to embrace new ideas and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment with regional exposure is required.
