1. Manage product categories by understanding product assortment, lifecycle, and strategy.
2. Execute regional assortment direction in alignment with the Merchandising Manager and store needs.
3. Oversee specific product lines within the region, monitoring sales and sell-through to optimize inventory and maximize sales.
4. Support retail teams by registering and following up on client orders and requests, analyzing stock levels, delivery status, and merchandise allocation.
5. Identify growth opportunities and follow up on 'Show Re See' orders and zone transfers.
6. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, summarizing business performance and compiling recaps for internal stakeholders.
7. Prepare store performance recaps and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency.
8. Analyze regional performance and highlight key points in weekly reports.
9. Gather and communicate product feedback to support Merchandising NYC.
10. Prepare content for product newsletters and create local materials for stores.
11. Handle product requests from stores, coordinating with LVA Supply Chain and Merchandising.
12. Create and update Excel, PowerPoint, or web-based tools for stores or the visual merchandising team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, international commerce, administration, or related fields.

1. Strong product sensibility and understanding of the competitive landscape.
2. Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
3. Strong analytical capabilities to organize, evaluate, and interpret data.
4. Service-oriented mentality with high motivation, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
6. Excellent communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, logistics, or retail.

Bachelor’s degree in business, international commerce, administration, or related fields.
