- Manage product categories by understanding product assortment, lifecycle, and strategy.
- Execute regional assortment direction in alignment with the Merchandising Manager and store needs.
- Oversee specific product lines within the region, monitoring sales and sell-through to optimize inventory and maximize sales.
- Support retail teams by registering and following up on client orders and requests, analyzing stock levels, delivery status, and merchandise allocation.
- Identify growth opportunities and follow up on 'Show Re See' orders and zone transfers.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, summarizing business performance and compiling recaps for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare store performance recaps and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Analyze regional performance and highlight key points in weekly reports.
- Gather and communicate product feedback to support Merchandising NYC.
- Prepare content for product newsletters and create local materials for stores.
- Handle product requests from stores, coordinating with LVA Supply Chain and Merchandising.
- Create and update Excel, PowerPoint, or web-based tools for stores or the visual merchandising team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, international commerce, administration, or related fields.
- Strong product sensibility and understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities to organize, evaluate, and interpret data.
- Service-oriented mentality with high motivation, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, logistics, or retail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, international commerce, administration, or related fields.
