1. Monitor and enhance sales performance, implementing in-season strategies to exceed sales and sell-through objectives.
2. Facilitate collection launches by developing retail and merchandising tools, gathering feedback, and curating display imagery.
3. Prepare summaries of assortment feedback and competitive analysis, integrating insights on market demands, trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
4. Maintain routine reporting, adjusting analyses to align with business needs, and supporting ad hoc analysis requests and presentations.
5. Act as the primary contact for the Women's Ready-to-Wear Merchandising team for selected retail locations.
6. Oversee and engage with the Women's Ready-to-Wear Americas community platform.
7. Maintain and organize the Women's Ready-to-Wear sample closet and tracker.
8. Facilitate stock adjustments to ensure optimal inventory levels and consistent stock availability.
9. Monitor and support key permanent programs in partnership with the Merchandising Manager and Supply Chain team.
10. Work with Supply Chain on zone transfers, overseeing product movement from origin to final destination.
11. Provide comprehensive event support, including stock rebalances and developing assortments to meet sales targets.
12. Participate in Paris buying sessions, placing orders, organizing visual displays, and assisting with client orders.
13. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and shipping samples.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising with a focus on luxury products, specifically Women's Ready-to-Wear.
2. Highly analytical background with a strong understanding of retail math.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to convey information effectively through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented nature.

The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on luxury products, specifically Women's Ready-to-Wear.

Base salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $85,000.
