1. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for Women's Leather Goods, providing business recaps for internal stakeholders.
2. Prepare store performance recaps and enhance reporting processes for increased efficiency.
3. Offer daily support to Regional Merchandisers and store teams.
4. Manage internal communication flow, including monthly merchandising calls.
5. Collaborate with Merchandising Managers to create and update product launch plans and tools.
6. Support the merchandising team in building store-specific assortments and quarterly tools.
7. Oversee specific product lines within the Women's Leather Goods category under managerial guidance.
8. Coordinate new product launches across merchandising departments.

1. Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong analytical capabilities and advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Outstanding communication and influence skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written formats.
4. Organized and detail-oriented with knowledge of French as a plus.

Salary range of USD $80,000 – 85,000.
