- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for Women's Leather Goods, summarizing business performance for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance product support materials and coordinate product launches.
- Manage sample inventory and conduct competitive pricing analysis.
- Organize regional retail meetings and provide administrative support to the team.
- Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and support regional merchandisers and store teams.
- Manage internal communication flow, including monthly merchandising calls.
- Collaborate with merchandising managers to create and update product launch tools and manage shipping logistics.
- Oversee specific product lines within the Women's Leather Goods category under managerial guidance.
- Coordinate new product launches across merchandising departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication and influence skills.
- Ability to present ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of French is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong focus on analytical skills and a passion for the luxury retail sector.
Salary range of USD $80,000 – 85,000.
