1. Support the overarching priorities and launches of Women's Shoes across the Louis Vuitton Americas Zone.
2. Collaborate with regional, store, and cross-functional partners to execute strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Manager.
3. Prepare launch plans, modelarios, lookbooks, and recaps for new product launches.
4. Conduct regular competitive analysis, focusing on trends, pricing, actions, and events.
5. Analyze sales at SKU/store level to maximize sell-through by proposing stock pushes and rebalancing at store/SKU level.
6. Partner with Paris to support and grow the Zone business through product and stock requests.
7. Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure optimal product flows and stock levels for peak selling periods and events.
8. Support events and caravans by creating retail and client-facing tools, entering orders, and initiating stock rebalances.
9. Participate in Paris buying sessions, inputting orders, sizing, and creating recaps.
10. Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and shipping samples/store tools.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate merchandising or buying, with a focus on Women's Shoes.

1. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets and prioritize key opportunities.
2. Proficiency in Excel and sophisticated product allocation.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on client experience.
5. Ability to manage and produce high-quality analytical deliverables.
6. Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate merchandising or buying, specifically focusing on Women's Shoes.

The position offers a salary range of USD $30.00 - $32.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a bonus.
