1. Support Women's Shoes priorities and launches throughout the Americas.
2. Partner with regional, store, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
3. Prepare launch plans, lookbooks, and recaps for new product launches.
4. Conduct regular competitive analysis, focusing on trends, pricing, and events.
5. Analyze sales at SKU/store level and propose stock adjustments.
6. Collaborate with Paris to support business growth with product and stock requests.
7. Coordinate with supply chain on product flows for peak selling periods.
8. Support events and caravans with retail and client-facing tools.
9. Participate in Paris buying sessions and manage administrative tasks.

1. Exceptional experience in corporate merchandising/buying with a focus on Women's Shoes.
2. Ability to influence across the organization with product allocation and knowledge.
3. Skilled communicator with expertise in Excel.

Salary range of USD $30.00-32.00 hourly plus bonus opportunities.
