1. Support overarching Women’s Shoes priorities and launches throughout the LVA Zone.
2. Collaborate with regionals, store, and cross-functional partners to execute key strategic initiatives.
3. Prepare launch plans, modelarios, lookbooks, and recaps for new product launches.
4. Conduct regular competitive analysis, considering trends, pricing, actions, and events.
5. Analyze sales at SKU/store level to maximize sell-through by proposing stock pushes and rebalancing.
6. Partner with Paris to support and grow the Zone business with product and stock requests.
7. Collaborate with supply chain to ensure stores are well-stocked for peak periods and events.
8. Prepare for and support events and caravans, creating retail and client-facing tools.
9. Participate in Paris buying sessions, inputting orders, sizing, and creating recaps.
10. Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and shipping samples.

1. Exceptional experience in corporate merchandising/buying with a focus on Women's Shoes.
2. Ability to influence across the organization with sophisticated product allocation and knowledge.
3. Skilled communicator capable of synthesizing large data sets and prioritizing key opportunities.

1. High expertise in Excel.
2. Client experience focused with an eye for details.
3. Ability to manage and produce high-quality/volume analytical deliverables.
4. Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Minimum of 5 years in corporate merchandising or buying, specifically within Women's Shoes.

Salary range of USD $30.00-32.00 hourly plus the opportunity for a bonus.
