- Drive the overarching Women's Ready to Wear strategies and priorities throughout the Louis Vuitton Americas Zone.
- Serve as a detail-oriented and motivated advocate for the Women's Ready to Wear category with strong organizational skills.
- Support collection launch plans, create necessary retail/merchandising tools, compile retail feedback, and display imagery.
- Prepare recaps on assortment feedback and competitive analysis, considering market needs, trends, pricing, actions, and events.
- Maintain routine reporting, proactively attuning analysis to current business needs, and assist with ad hoc analysis requests and presentations.
- Assist with routine transversal presentations and Women's Ready to Wear community calls.
- Oversee the Women's Ready to Wear Americas community chat and select curated stylist snapshots to foster engagement.
- Maintain the Women's Ready to Wear sample closet and tracker.
- Support routine stock rebalances, ensuring optimal inventory with stock coverage for peak selling periods, events, store openings, and ongoing business needs.
- Monitor and support the Permanent/Icon program in partnership with Supply Chain.
- Partner with Supply Chain on Zone Transfers, monitoring and following products to their final destination.
- Provide event support by initiating stock rebalances and creating assortments to support event sales targets.
- Participate in Paris buying sessions, inputting orders, sizing, visual racking, creating recaps, and supporting re-see needs and client orders.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and shipping samples/store tools.
- 3-5+ years of merchandising experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Capability to translate sale analysis into insights and actions.
- Passion for the luxury retail sector, with a focus on Women's Ready to Wear and comprehensive knowledge of its products.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication and influence skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various priorities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with high priority of accuracy in all aspects of merchandising and inventory management.
Minimum of 3 years in a merchandising role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Hourly range within USD $30.00- $32.00.
