1. Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
2. Drive sales performance by updating stores on turnover and performance metrics, and conducting store visits to gather insights.
3. Provide feedback to Paris on product performance to align with Japanese market demands.
4. Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about pricing and product trends.
5. Coordinate new product launches, ensuring pre-launch training for sales staff and seamless process execution.
6. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and facilitating transfers among stores.
7. Lead the Women's Trunk Show, planning and executing biannual events in collaboration with retail teams.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of merchandising experience.
2. Experience in people management and team development.
3. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) and Japanese.
