1. Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and other business monitoring databases.
2. Assist in the creation of ad-hoc analyses and reports.
3. Manage the Merchandising Activations Calendar, tracking various activations across zones.
4. Facilitate monthly calls with zones, preparing agendas and meeting notes.
5. Update and manage the zone SharePoint with product assets and information.
6. Contribute to the creation of product newsletters and coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams for training content.
7. Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and maintain product kit rotations.
8. Assist in building assortments and zoning for events, updating retail-facing event tools.
9. Coordinate shipments of tools and props for events.
10. Assist in creating briefs for new projects and formalizing departmental guidelines and processes.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
3. Experience with Merchandising tools is beneficial.
4. Knowledge of the watch industry and its trends is an advantage.

Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to merchandising or related fields.
