1. Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and other business monitoring databases.
2. Assist in building ad-hoc analysis and reports.
3. Manage the Merchandising Activations Calendar, including tracking various activations across zones and facilitating monthly calls with zones.
4. Support Product Management by updating and managing the zone SharePoint with product assets and information, contributing to product newsletters, and coordinating with Marketing and Learning teams.
5. Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and maintain the rotation of product kits.
6. Assist in building assortments and zoning for events, updating retail-facing event tools, and coordinating shipments of tools and props for events.
7. Assist in creating briefs for new projects and formalizing guidelines and processes for the department.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
2. Perfect command of written and spoken English; French is a plus.
3. Experience with a Merchandising tool is advantageous.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of the watch industry and trends is a plus.

Beginner level experience in a relevant field is required. Experience with merchandising tools is beneficial.
