- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and other business monitoring databases.
- Assist in creating ad-hoc analyses and reports.
- Manage the Merchandising Activations Calendar, including tracking dates, formats, and targets.
- Facilitate monthly calls with global zones, preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- Update and manage the zone SharePoint with product assets and information.
- Contribute to the creation of product newsletters and coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams to develop training content.
- Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and manage the rotation of product kits.
- Assist in building assortments and zoning for events, and update retail-facing event tools.
- Coordinate shipments of tools and props for events.
- Assist in creating briefs for new projects and formalizing departmental guidelines and processes.
- Curious and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and agile, with a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Perfect command of written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Experience with a Merchandising tool is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the watch industry and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills, as well as PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to merchandising or a related field.
