Louis Vuitton Merchandising & Communications Intern

- Assist with daily sales and market reports, providing analysis to support business growth.
- Collaborate with stores to achieve sales targets and gather product feedback for new launches.
- Support the coordination and logistics of in-person events, product launches, and CRM activities.
- Act as a liaison between stores, regional teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising alignment, and supply chain coordination.
- Monitor media coverage, compile press reports, and support the preparation and distribution of press materials.
- Manage sample inventory, press room upkeep, and product tracking for media needs.
- Organize and maintain media assets, support content creation for social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support, including budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
- Must be able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship, from January to June 2026.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and luxury brand aesthetics.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those seeking to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry.
