- Develop and stimulate the growth of product categories by monitoring sales forecasts in collaboration with sales planning.
- Oversee the time-to-market for new products with Supply Chain teams, including launch dates, quantities, and necessary actions, as well as managing stock for permanent ranges.
- Manage assortments to meet the needs of countries and clients.
- Conduct training sessions and launches, and implement 360-degree plans with Visual Merchandising and Clienteling teams.
- Analyze and monitor sales to identify opportunities and optimize turnover rates.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date market knowledge to provide qualitative feedback on performance, future opportunities, and competitive insights to the central product team.
- Support market openings and digital initiatives on a daily basis.
- Participate in buying new collections in showrooms, aligning with product strategy and regional ambitions.
- Provide merchandising briefs to the central team before design briefs.
- Propose new editions and key seasonal bets based on detailed market trends and needs.
- Ensure a desirable and commercial product offering in each market by managing offers by cluster quarterly.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent from a university or business school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or zone merchandising, preferably in the fashion/luxury environment with strong product expertise in accessories, leather goods, or ready-to-wear.
- Team spirit and initiative.
- Passion for fashion, including market trends and competitors.
- Results and client-oriented.
- Ability to interact with diverse collaborators, departments, and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Retail experience is appreciated.
A minimum of 5 years in sales or merchandising within the fashion or luxury sector, with a strong focus on product expertise in accessories, leather goods, or ready-to-wear.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
