- Implement the product strategy for the EMEA region, proposing key quantitative forecasts for the season.
- Drive category growth to achieve budget targets and optimal store assortments.
- Collaborate with sales planning to monitor sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to manage time-to-market for new products, including launch dates and stock levels.
- Oversee assortment management to meet country and customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions and launch events, coordinating with Visual Merchandising and Clienteling teams.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and optimize turnover rates.
- Maintain comprehensive market knowledge to provide qualitative feedback to the central product team.
- Support market openings and digital initiatives.
- Participate in showroom buying for new collections, aligning with product strategy and regional goals.
- Prepare merchandising briefs for the central team and propose seasonal key bets based on market trends and needs.
- Ensure a desirable and commercial product offering for each market by managing quarterly cluster offerings.
- Higher education degree from a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or regional merchandising, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector with strong product expertise in accessories, leather goods, or ready-to-wear.
- Team spirit and initiative.
- Passion for fashion, market trends, and competitors.
- Results-oriented and client-centric approach.
- Ability to interact with diverse teams and cultures in an international environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Retail experience is appreciated.
A minimum of 5 years in sales or regional merchandising, with a preference for experience in the fashion/luxury sector.
Higher education degree from a business school or equivalent.
