1. Manage and drive the business for Men's Shoes and Women's Ready to Wear and Shoes categories in South Asia.
2. Create commercially balanced assortments aligned with brand aspirations and strategies.
3. Identify growth opportunities and assess risks within the category.
4. Deliver reliable sales analysis and actionable insights.
5. Support the manager as the category lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Prepare and analyze sales reports to explore new opportunities and address business concerns.
7. Attend buying sessions and manage assortments to meet sales targets.
8. Collaborate on 360 Transversal Launches and provide feedback for Zone & Central.
9. Work with cross-functional partners to achieve category objectives.
10. Partner with the Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal stock management.
11. Communicate with retail teams to gather product feedback and support sales targets.
12. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform Central team.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
3. Ability to derive insights from analysis and initiate actions.
4. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
