- Manage and drive the business for Men's Shoes and Women's Ready to Wear and Shoes categories in South Asia.
- Create commercially balanced assortments aligned with brand aspirations and strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and assess risks within the category.
- Deliver reliable sales analysis and actionable insights.
- Support the manager as the category lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to explore new opportunities and address business concerns.
- Attend buying sessions and manage assortments to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate on 360 Transversal Launches and provide feedback for Zone & Central.
- Work with cross-functional partners to achieve category objectives.
- Partner with the Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal stock management.
- Communicate with retail teams to gather product feedback and support sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform Central team.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to derive insights from analysis and initiate actions.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for the product category.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and action-oriented approach.
- Curiosity and proactiveness as a team player.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with luxury experience considered an asset.
