- Analyze and monitor daily sales and stock levels across stores to identify opportunities and optimize sell-through.
- Develop and implement action plans to support stores, providing specific analyses and tools to achieve results.
- Conduct weekly store visits to understand challenges and maintain updated market knowledge.
- Act as the key product contact for stores, sharing priorities and collecting feedback.
- Lead the 360° product strategy for assigned categories, collaborating with key departments such as Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and Clienteling.
- Create training content for new collections, including product stories, materials, and styling options.
- Animate product expert communities to support business focuses and priorities.
- Serve as the product leader for the country, sharing key messages and initiating ad hoc action plans with the EMEA zone.
- Coordinate market visits with the EMEA zone to align on focuses and specifics.
- Participate in showrooms and buying sessions to assist in constructing assortments for EMEA stores.
- Conduct quarterly market needs studies and maintain competitive knowledge of product innovations and in-store initiatives.
- Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising from a university or business school.
- Over 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in Ready-to-Wear and Women's categories.
- Strong product sensitivity and market knowledge.
- Leadership and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Result-oriented and meticulous.
- Retail and customer-centric approach.
- Effective communication and enthusiasm.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Advanced analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising, preferably within the Ready-to-Wear and Women's sectors.
Master's degree in Marketing or Merchandising.
