- Implement the product strategy effectively to achieve budgetary goals and deliver optimal assortments in stores.
- Analyze sales data to identify optimization opportunities and communicate key messages and priorities to different regions.
- Coordinate with industrial and supply chain teams to manage time-to-market, launch dates, scenarios, and quantity definitions.
- Provide qualitative feedback on category performance and market competitiveness in collaboration with product development teams.
- Create merchandising briefs for product teams and propose seasonal edits and key bets based on market knowledge and trends.
- Optimize collection size and assortment, balancing new introductions with end-of-life products and defining core offerings.
- Prepare for and support buying sessions, including developing assortment documents and validating purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to define and implement guidelines and contribute to digital activation strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop sales tools for Retail, such as newsletters and learning moments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Accessories category.
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills for handling complex data and proposing actionable plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion market, particularly in accessories and retail.
- Ability to navigate a rapidly evolving environment with adaptability and responsiveness.
- Result-oriented with a strong customer focus and the ability to gather and utilize information for decision-making.
- Professional proficiency in English and capability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar merchandising role, preferably within the luxury accessories sector.
