1. Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs, and encourage cross-selling and repeat client visits.
2. Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio.
3. Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management, ensuring a visible presence and adherence to service standards.
4. Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring the team embodies brand values in every client interaction.
5. Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting personalized action plans.
6. Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent, contributing to succession planning in partnership with the Store Manager and/or Team Manager.
7. Motivate the team to drive business results, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
8. Serve as the store's point person for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends.
9. Support the product category's business through team engagement, briefings, information sharing, and action plan implementation.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
