- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and assortment evolution.
- Define collection strategy aligned with the brand's long-term vision and translate creative intentions into collection briefs.
- Monitor collection performance in partnership with Sales Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to identify growth levers and formalize collection feedback.
- Collaborate with Design & Development teams to ensure the creative vision is reflected while guaranteeing commercial potential.
- Organize and lead collection meetings, ensuring system updates (PLM) are accurate.
- Manage pricing strategy, including target price definition, sales price, and margin optimization.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the coherence of the Louis Vuitton Men's silhouette.
- Ensure product legal compliance in collaboration with the legal department.
- Develop sales tools for Retail Merchandising teams for each buying session.
- Prepare and present collections during buying sessions/showrooms to support regional product strategy deployment.
- Coordinate product shoots with the Digital team and ensure asset compliance.
- Validate e-commerce descriptions and optimize collection presentation on Louisvuitton.com.
- Create training content to support collection launches in stores with the Learning team.
- Ensure the implementation of new software and act as the PLM reference for the Ready-to-Wear category.
- Degree in business school or equivalent with a specialization in fashion/product marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Collection or Retail Merchandising within the luxury sector.
- Strong product sensitivity with excellent analytical and strategic vision.
- Solid understanding of business challenges, men's ready-to-wear universe, and competitive dynamics.
- Organizational rigor to manage multiple collections simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A minimum of 5 years in Collection or Retail Merchandising within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Degree in business or equivalent, specializing in fashion/product marketing.
