1. Manage complex administrative tasks related to the occupational health service's secretariat.
2. Transcribe, organize, and utilize technical information using office software.
3. Draft meeting minutes and prepare visual presentation materials for the occupational health service.
4. Review and correct various reports for coherence, grammar, and spelling.
5. Compose correspondence based on information provided by the occupational health service.
6. Compile, organize, and verify the consistency of dossiers.
7. Maintain the service's activity dashboard weekly with data from various sectors.
8. Contribute to daily health alerts and other dashboards.
9. Manage the scheduling of medical appointments and coordinate with occupational health services.
10. Ensure clear and concise communication with the site nurse while respecting medical confidentiality.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2 in Medical Assistance, Executive Secretariat, or Human Resources.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
3. Autonomous with a pragmatic approach and good judgment.
