- Manage details and daily updates for all channels in the internal media tool.
- Oversee magazine and newspaper room archive, ensuring it is organized and up to date.
- Maintain internal trackers with the latest publisher and print insertion information.
- Gather and organize publishers' media kits and metrics to ensure all information is current.
- Issue all media authorizations to respective agencies in a timely manner.
- Update internal reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Complete competitive tracking and ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Create, facilitate approvals, and track all purchase orders for vendor payments.
- Cross-check and process all incoming invoices.
- Reconcile monthly billing with media budget to flag any potential issues with budget management.
- Manage print production calendar and material deadlines with relevant partners.
- Coordinate lightbox creative production during each relevant campaign change.
- Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects independently.
- Strong work ethic and quick learning ability.
- Problem-solving skills with excellent decision-making and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in media tracking and financial administration.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with internal and external teams.
Beginner level experience in media or related fields is required.
USD $26-$29 per hour.
